Evolving Mind Body and Soul

Evolving Mind Body and Soul supports individuals experiencing mental health and wellbeing challenges through care that respects each person's lived experience. Our work focuses on connection, personal growth, and helping people move toward a life that feels aligned with their values, purpose, and wellbeing.

Many of the people we support access services through the NDIS. However, you do not need an NDIS plan to seek support.

Who We Support

Who we support

We work with adults experiencing mental health and wellbeing challenges, as well as circumstantial life changes that impact wellbeing. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, psychotic disturbances, psychotic disorders, ADHD, and autism.

Our approach recognises that every person's experience is different. We focus on supporting individuals in ways that honour their story, their intentions, and the direction they want their life to take.

Common questions

Do I need an NDIS plan to access support?+

No. While many of our participants are NDIS-funded, we also offer support through private arrangements. Get in touch to discuss what's available.

Where do sessions take place?+

Sessions can be in-home, in the community, or via telehealth—depending on your preferences and goals.

How do I get started?+

You can book a call or send through a referral. We'll have a conversation about what you need and go from there.
